- Only TVs running software version 114.602.030.1 or later can be updated in a single step. If the version number of your TV is lower than 114.602.030.1, check the current software version before proceeding.
- If the version number of your TV is lower than 114.602.030.1 but is 112.634.100.2 or later, install the software version 114.602.030.1 before updating to 114.603.100.1.
- If the version number of your TV is lower than 114.602.030.1 but is 112.602.120.1 or later, install software versions 112.634.100.2 and 114.602.030.1 before updating to 114.603.100.1.
